Frequently asked questions
As a non-resident, can I register a company in the US?
Yes. Non-residents and foreign companies can form a US business. You'll need a registered agent and a US address, and both are included in every package.
Which US state is best for my LLC?
It depends on your business. We usually recommend Wyoming for its low fees, no state income tax and strong privacy protection. Talk to a consultant before you decide.
Can I register a UK company as a non-resident?
Yes. Anyone, or any foreign company, can register a UK LTD. You need at least one shareholder and one director (they can be the same person), and the director must be over 16. We prepare the documents and submit them to Companies House.
Can I complete the whole process online?
Yes. Everything is done online, and you never need to visit the US or UK.
How long does it take?
