Pricing questions
What is the state fee?
A one-time filing fee charged by the state you form your company in. It's paid to the state, not to us, and varies from $35 to $500. See the state fee table.
What happens after the first year?
Packages cover your first year of registered agent, business address and compliance. After that, you can renew those services with us each year. Ask us about annual plans.
Are bank and payment approvals guaranteed?
No provider guarantees approval, and neither can we. We prepare and submit each application with the documents and details providers look for, and guide you through any follow-up questions.
Can I buy a single service?
Yes. If you already have a company, we can set up banking, Stripe, PayPal, Wise or Payoneer on their own. Contact us for a quote.
